Frequently Asked Questions
Forma Facial
How does Forma work?
The InMode Forma Facial is a cutting-edge, non-invasive treatment that uses radiofrequency technology to rejuvenate and tighten the skin on the face and neck. Controlled heat is delivered to the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and supporting tissue remodeling. This gentle process smooths wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging areas, giving your skin a lifted, youthful glow. Forma is safe for all skin types and provides long-lasting, noticeable results, making it a top choice for enhancing skin texture and tone.
Who is a good candidate?
Forma is ideal for those experiencing mild to moderate skin laxity, fine lines, or wrinkles on the face and neck. It’s suitable for a variety of skin types and can be customized to focus on your specific concerns.
What areas can be treated?
Forma is versatile and can treat multiple areas including the forehead, cheeks, jawline, neck, and areas around the eyes and mouth, making it an excellent choice for targeting specific problem areas.
When will I see results & how long will they last?
You’ll notice improvements in your skin within 1-3 days after treatment as any initial redness or swelling subsides. The best results appear after a series of six weekly treatments, continuing to improve as collagen builds. Results can last up to one year, and for ongoing benefits, a maintenance treatment once a year is recommended.
How should I prepare for my treatment?
To get the best results, avoid tanning or spray tans in the weeks leading up to your appointment. Some skincare products, like retinol, and certain medications, such as Accutane, may need to be paused before treatment. During your consultation, we’ll go over any necessary preparations, or feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
Is there any downtime?
Forma is a non-invasive treatment that requires no downtime. After your session, you might notice some redness or a mild tingling sensation, similar to a post-workout glow. These effects usually resolve within an hour, although those with more sensitive skin may experience a slightly longer recovery.
BodyFx
How does BodyFx work?
BodyFx by InMode is an advanced body contouring treatment that uses a powerful combination of radiofrequency (RF) energy, deep tissue heating, and gentle suction to target stubborn fat and tighten the skin. Controlled heat is delivered to the chosen area, breaking down fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by your body. At the same time, the RF energy stimulates collagen production, enhancing skin elasticity for a firmer, smoother look. This non-invasive treatment is ideal for achieving long-lasting results, helping you achieve a beautifully contoured and toned appearance.
Who is BodyFx best for?
BodyFx is a great option for those who are close to their target weight but struggle with areas of stubborn fat or loose skin. It's designed for individuals who want to contour and refine their shape without surgery, especially in spots resistant to diet and exercise.
What areas can BodyFx treat?
BodyFx can be used on the abdomen, flanks (love handles), thighs, buttocks, and upper arms. It’s also highly effective for reducing the appearance of cellulite and enhancing the overall contours of these areas.
When will i see results, and how long will they last?
Results are noticeable as you progress through your treatment series, with maximum results visible after completing all sessions. For best results, we recommend a series of six weekly BodyFx treatments. Results can last up to a year, and we suggest one maintenance treatment annually to keep your contoured look.
How to prepare for your BodyFx treatment:
Arrive with clean skin, avoiding any lotions or topical products.
If you’re on blood thinners, talk to your doctor about pausing them 1-2 weeks before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
Is there any downtime?
BodyFx is non-invasive, so you can resume your usual activities right away. Some minor redness, swelling, or itching may occur post-treatment, but these side effects are temporary and resolve within a few days.
